The inspectors of the renowned restaurant guide "Guide MICHELIN" award a star to the Swiss gourmet restaurant concept at the Waldhaus Flims, which is under the patronage of top chef Tristan Brandt and headed by chef Niklas Oberhofer, currently the youngest starred chef in Switzerland.

Tristan Brandt was managing director of the „Engelhorn Gastro GmbH“ until June 2020. There he was responsible for nine gastronomies, all of which are integrated into the concept „engelhorn – Mode im Quadrat“. In addition to the two starred OPUS V restaurant, the oldest restaurant at Engelhorn, the LE CORANGE fish restaurant, is also decorated with one Michelin star.
