The fine-dining restaurant Marcobrunn by Tristan Brandt will open in 2024 at Hotel Schloss Reinhartshausen in Erbach/Eltville. Tristan Brandt is not only the patron of the gourmet restaurant, but will also be responsible for two other gastronomy concepts at the prestigious hotel, which will further expand his culinary style at Marcobrunn.

The fine-dining restaurant epoca by Tristan Brandt has relocated and reopened at Sonnenberg in Zurich. Tristan Brandt is the patron and namesake of the successful concept, which was awarded a MICHELIN star and 17 Gault&Millau points at its old location in Flims. The culinary duo Tristan Brandt and head chef Niklas Oberhofer are responsible for the concept of epoca as well as Restaurant Sonnenberg.

In November 2022, the gourmet restaurant Tambourine Room by Tristan Brandt opened in Miami Beach, Florida, with Tristan Brandt as patron and namesake. The Tambourine Room has been awarded a Michelin star in May 2023.

Champagner Club offers champagne enthusiasts the opportunity to enjoy exclusive, limited and particularly delicious champagnes. Every two months, members receive a surprise champagne package delivered to their home. Tristan Brandt has been a brand ambassador for a long time.

Tristan Brandt has already successfully implemented several gourmet festivals in Germany and Switzerland. These include the Engelhorn Gourmet Festival from 2016 to 2019, the Pfälzer Gourmet Festival by Reichsrat von Buhl & Tristan Brandt in 2022 and the Steil'ART Festival of the Arts at the 5-star superior Hotel Waldhaus Flims in Switzerland in 2022 and 2023. Tristan Brandt is also currently planning several other gourmet festivals.
